Delivery & Returns
Here at holidaywardrobe.com we have made every effort to ensure your order reaches you in the quickest, safest and most cost effective way possible! Our aim is to dispatch all orders placed before 1pm- Monday to Friday- the same day. Orders placed after 1pm and on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the next working day.
Our UK Mail delivery service should be with you the next working day once dispatched. If needed then a tracking number can be given upon request.
Our Royal Mail services (Standard delivery) offers you delivery in around 3-7 working days.
Standard delivery is £2.90 via Royal Mail and will typically take between 3-7 working days.
Next Day- Express Service which costs £5.00 and has customer parcel tracking and specified delivery time to the nearest hour.
European- Europe up to 5kg (delivery up to 7 working days): £15
International- Worldwide up to 5kg (delivery up to 14 working days): £20
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) in its original condition and packaging- free from damage- and complete with labels within 28 days of receipt. Following satisfactory inspection of your returned items we will issue a refund for the goods.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds for pierced jewellery or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed, or cosmetic products if they have been used or the hygiene seal is broken, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.
If your order has reached you in an unsatisfactory condition then we advise you to contact us as soon as possible and before you send the item back to us. This will enable us to process your return more efficiently.
All items are your responsibility until they reach us. So please ensure you pack the item(s) in a suitable way to avoid any damage. To minimise costs we advise you to use a Second Class service with a certificate of posting. We regret that posting and packaging charges cannot be refunded for unwanted items.

All purchases are checked for any signs of fault before being dispatched. However if the item you receive is faulty, please contact our customer care team immediately quoting your order number, name and address along with the product and details of the fault. We will then advise how to proceed with the return. Postage will be refunded on faulty items.

Cancelling your order
The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations give you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund. For orders that are 'Awaiting Dispatch' it may be possible to cancel your order before it is dispatched. Please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible after placing the order.
